30-day Grace Period
All loans whose repayment date from March 26 to June 24 (or listed in RA11469) will automatically have a 30-day extension. If your loan repayment on the Atome App is March 26, its new due date will be April 25.
The date is visible on your app won't change but there won't be any fees to charge you during this time.
All unpaid loans needed to be paid before March 26 will be transferred to April 25. No extra fees charged from March 26 to April 25.
Repayment Date Extension
Atome has extra support for customers with due date from March 17 to 31. Your app that in a small amount, you can extend 14 days from your due date for our grace period given. Your due date will be 14 + 30 days.
Starting April 1, in a small cost, can avail a 15-day extension that will be added to the government-mandated 30-day grace period for those with due date starting March 26 at the next days of this. Your grace period will be 30 + 15 days.
Starting March 31, for customers who want to pay in advance, you will get a huge discount. You can only pay 90 % of your principal loan amount. With this support, Atome will remove all your extra fees including accumulated before Bayanihan Act 2020. is implemented.
Discounted 90 % principal can be used for every loan and it is effective as our government implemented RA 11469 during this time.
For installment bills, 90 % of your principal can also be paid to waived all fees during this time and your loan will be paid in full.
